if you see anything on our website that you love “parts of” or would like a piece of our sea glass added to it please just let us know and we’d love to create a custom piece for you!

Is each piece of jewellery truly one-of-a-kind?
Yes! Every piece of sea glass and sea pottery is naturally tumbled and completely unique. No two pieces are ever exactly alike. Due to this nature, there may be variances in the design, shape, texture and sheen of our products.
What materials do you use?
We use genuine sea glass, 925 sterling silver, stainless steel and other high-quality materials for all of our jewellery.
How long is the processing time?
The average processing time is approximately 2-3 business days. If you require an order sooner, please contact us to discuss your required date.
Shipping
How long does it take to ship?
Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days on orders already in stock. Custom orders may take a little longer depending on the design. Need it sooner? Please contact us.
Where do you ship to?
Due to the rarity of jewellery quality sea glass and sea pottery and it’s dwindling supply in Georgian Bay and worldwide, we only sell our jewellery within Canada.
How will my order be packaged?
Each piece is carefully packaged in a beautiful drawstring pouch, ready for gifting or safekeeping and includes a high-quality jewellery cloth.
How do I track my order?
TEMPORARY – Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Returns and Exchanges
Do you accept Returns?
No, due to the hygienic nature of jewellery we do not accepts returns. However, if you have any questions regarding your item please contact us and we will happily discuss your concerns with you!
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are only offered for items that arrive defective or damaged. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our sea glass, exact replacements may not be available, but we’ll do our best to find a suitable option.

Our Materials
Sterling Silver vs. Stainless Steel
We truly believe that if everyone did their part we can make our earth a healthier place. Because stainless steel is not a natural material but made by humans, it does not need to be mined. Mining is one of the main habitat destroyers, creates so many air pollutants and we don’t want to contribute to this.
Although we do sell a handful of carefully selected sterling silver pieces that compliment our mission to make people aware of our species and habitat that need to be protected, we try to keep our sterling silver pieces available to a minimum.
We do not sell gold jewellery for the same reason. We have also chosen not to use gold coloured stainless steel, which is often plated in a layer of 14 or 18 carat gold.
Although I do cherish the pieces I own that are 925 sterling silver and real gold (most of which have been handed down from my mother and grandmother!) purchasing new gold and a significant amount of 925 sterling does not align with our mission at Georgian Bay Jewellery.
We feel we can only help our beautiful Bay if we also take care of the earth that surrounds it.
